Surprised at how much confusion there was in getting new car registered. I put some 200 miles on the car going back and for the from home in Wellfleet to dealership and motor vehicles office to get it sorte car registered. Mr. Tambascia helped me find the appropriate car for my son, and explain some of the differences in the different models that we were looking at. I am really happy with the car that we ended up with. I am confident in Hyannis Honda and their ability to service the car fairly and at a fair price. I found Mr. Tambascia to be knowledgeable, pleasant, and a great communicator. I brought my vehicle in for service and upon reclaiming my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. When I called the service desk, I was told the part was not found and that I my car, I noticed the center cap on my rear passenger wheel was missing. When I called the service desk, I was told the part was not found and that I would have to purchase it for $81. I am disgusted with the service I received and the blatant theft of my property. More
