We had already looked at another dealer that had one but we wanted to look at more. We were greeted by a friendly laid back salesman who asked if he could help us. I explained that I didn't see the car on the lot that I had seen on the Internet. He quickly went in search of the vehicle for us. Because it had just arrived it was inside the garage. The car was immaculate and looked to be brand new. We took it for a test drive and after discussing it with my husband we decided to purchase the vehicle. No pressure to do so. The salesman explained what they were in the process of replacing on the car. He went to the General Manager only once and came back with an offer that we were very happy with. No hassles, run-arounds,pressure, or stress to buy anything we did not want to!! This was a Sunday afternoon. Geoff got us a great low interest rate from a local credit union (love that they do business with other local businesses). We picked up the SUV on Wedensday night with a full tank of gas and sticker included. After driving the Pilot for a few days my husband called the dealer and said we felt the car needed a front end alignment as it appeared to be pulling to the left. They made us an appointment for Saturday morning, and fixed the car for free. Once again no hassles, no pressure to buy warranty or extra insurance!! We even purchased the rain guards for all the windows and the moon roof wind guard from them and had them installed. Geoff called a few days later to see if we were happy!!! Then a week later we even received a box in the mail that contained a full size balloon, and coffee mug full of candy!! We have purchased several cars and have never had the incredible follow up that we have had from Honda Hyannis. We will definitely make them our Honda dealer from now on!! We are a total Honda family!! Fabulous no pressure dealership!! More

I went into Hyannis Honda looking to buy or lease a new car. One of the salesmen, Chet saw me looking at a Honda Civic and promptly came over to offer his assistence and see if I wanted to test drive one o car. He asked me what I was looking for in a car. We decided on a Silver Honda Civic Coupe and I test drove it. When we got back I told him that I loved it but that I changed my mind and I wanted a black car with a black interior and I would love a sunroof. He told me that if I wanted a sunroof then the Honda Civic coupe EX would be the best car for me. We then went inside and talked numbers. We came to the conclusion that to stay within my budget I would probably want to lease the car. He was so knowledgable compared to the salesmen at the dealerships I went to before. He made me feel so comfortable and confident in my decision. I left there knowing that this was the place I wanted to do business with. Online I found a dealership near Boston that had a special going on, when I showed it to Chet he said he would match it. So I went in to sign the papers and they actually beat the other dealerships special by $100 down. This was my first time getting a new car and I couldnt believe how easy and stress free it was. I test drove the car on a Friday and I had the car by Monday. Chet took care of everything for me. He even drove my car over to get an inspection sticker at the service place next door. My boyfriend and his dad have both bought their cars at Hyannis Honda and they speak so highly of them as will I after this experience. I will definitely be doing business with Hyannis Honda again and I will make sure my friends do aswell. My experience was absolutely perfect and I cant thing of one thing I would have done different. The customer service there is impeccable and is definitely one of the reasons I went there instead of somewhere else. I even got a call from Chet the day after I got my car. He wanted to make sure everything was going good and I was loving my car. He told me I could call him anytime if I had questions or a problem. Hyannis Honda is great and I reccomend them to everyone. My wife and I went to the dealership a number of times while trying to decide between a Honda Pilot and a Toyota Highlander. Our salesman was Dan Dedoming and we liked him a lot. Note that my 1 to 5 ratings are for the dealership as a whole. If it was for Dan only, it would be straight 5s. We finally did buy a Pilot from Dan. My only complaint was that after putting down a deposit for the car, the finance guy tries to sell me a protective coating for the paint/undercoating for the car/protective spray for the upholstry. This was at a point when I might have been quite vulnerable, figuring that $300 was a small price to pay for a car that cost north of $30,000. Anyway, I told him in no uncertain terms that this should have been brought up before or not at all. In any case, I spoke to an auto body company where we live who I know has an excellent reputation in my town. He said absolutely don't get it. He also said that such protection was a good idea some years ago, but that now all cars were fully protected and that any additional treatment was a waste of money or worse. More

The sales person was on top of the sale the entire time and communicated regularly. There was a week delay in the delivery due, in part, to me requesting a part be replaced, and, in part, with some, unexpected, delayed paperwork from the dealership. I received a free loaner for the entire week and some complimentary benefits after the sale. The car was delivered, impeccably detailed, with all approprate service up-to-date. Three weeks after the sale, I returned with a variety of questions about servicing the car, since I wasn't very familiar with this particular year Honda. The service department was extremely cordial and helpful, answering all my questions. I would recommend Hyannis Honda for sales and service and I plan on having all my service done there as long as I own the vehicle. More
