If you have searched online for a car and tried to compare dealerships, you will know that is not simply an essential service, it is the ONLY thing we need. I knew from research what I should be offered in "negotiation" in my area. I got that deal, without any "sell", on the first pass. I accepted it. Other area dealers were satisfied with giving me form responses and the runaround for a week or more. Hyannis Honda apparently has a mission statement to make buying a new car hassle-free and skip the embarrassing, maddening negotiation process by offering you the best deal up front. They succeed. There is no "hard sell' of unnecessary add ons, simply an outlining of your options, should you choose to add on. Everyone there was lovely, the service area got the car ready and inspected in record time, all directed by my salesperson. In particular, I would be remiss to the extreme if I didn't single out my salesperson, Mark Arnold, who was prompt, courteous and helpful.... all the things you dream of in a car salesperson (and seem to rarely get). In addition, he was supremely comfortable communicating with modern technology, and perfectly happy to text or email info at a moments notice. He's just one of the "good guys". Go here. Talk to Mark.
