Hyannis Honda out-did themselves in making my vehicle purchasing experience one of the most exciting moments in my life so far (I'm only 34). Richard Rignanese was the sales consultant that virtually held my hand through the entire process. I felt that Richard truly wanted me to be happy and comfortable with making the right choice for myself when it came to buying the vehicle I desired. He took me on several test rides, helped me pick accessories that suited me (without being pushy), ran all around the showroom floor showing me things (with a sore leg no less!), and was all and all genuine (not the sleazy "I've got my angle" car salesman that you see in movies). Richard, being very new to Cape Cod, even knew people in my town which made me feel like I wasn't dealing with a total stranger. Conrad over in the financial department had his pluses too. Other than being exceptionally fast moving the paperwork along, he took the time to transfer what was left of my now deceased father's service contract over to my vehicle. i just purchased my second crv from hyannis honda; the salesman dennis granit was extremely helpful without being pushy; i have walked away from high pressure salesmen at other dealerships; but you won't salesman dennis granit was extremely helpful without being pushy; i have walked away from high pressure salesmen at other dealerships; but you won't find them at hyannis. dennis was great explaining the advantages of the crv and added insights from other customers which proved to be accurate (like owners get better gas mileage that the advertised estimates). i had done my homework online at kelley blue book and edmunds and knew the competitives advantages like the crv's lowest cost to own in class and the superior reliabilty; the next thing was to get competitive estimates from a few other dealers and then work with dennis and the sales manager to get the best price i could. i have found them very competitive and they have a great selection. i also want to commend them on their service department; they are always courteous and helpful. their walk in service for oil changes; inspection stickers; etc is fantastic; you're in and out and the prices are very competitive and the waiting room is clean and comfortable. hyannis honda is a great customer friendly car dealership.
