I went to another Honda Dealer on the South Shore and practically left in tears as the salesman didn't even acknowledge me and got into the vehicle I was looking at and drove it away!! A few months h practically left in tears as the salesman didn't even acknowledge me and got into the vehicle I was looking at and drove it away!! A few months have passed, and on a whim my husband and I stopped at this dealership in Hyannis just to look. Curt approached us and made us feel so comfortable test driving and discussing option for lease vs. purchase and our trade-in. The finance manager was also so polite and genuine. The staff was courteous and NEVER made us feel pressured, rushed, or foolish (unlike my past experiences at other dealerships). Our experience was nothing but pleasant and I am positive we will return for future purchases. Curt explained all the features in our new car and really went out of his way to make us satisfied. Hyannis Honda is second to none. I'm sooo glad we stopped in! And, what a nice treat to receive a special gift in the mail a few days later. More

Went to the Toyota dealership and I was not happy so have never been to a Honda dealership and was very surprised how wonderful the salesman(Geoff) was and how helpful and we took a ride in the 2012 Honda accord excel and loved it the minute we got in it. Geoff explained all the mechanics to both my husband and myself. We bought it the same day. It is the most comfortable riding car and we like it much better than the Toyota. The other day we got such a nice surprise gift from the dealership. We are going to be Honda customers from now on. The salesman helped us fill out the papers and even brought us over to the sercie department to get our new sticker. I have wanted a CR-V for years and now was the time. I did a lot of research and visited another dealership but quickly returned to Hyannis Honda where the friendly staff and saleman Dave Wardrop gave me a great deal. I love the special attention to little details, making me a cup of tea, Dave sending a thank you note and the dealership also sending a thank you gift. Just little things that mean a lot.
