I found my CPO auto on line on a Sunday at noon, and owned it by 4. My entire experience at Hyannis Honda was exemplary. I traded my 2008 BMW for a 2011 Crosstour, and think (other than the convertibl owned it by 4. My entire experience at Hyannis Honda was exemplary. I traded my 2008 BMW for a 2011 Crosstour, and think (other than the convertible aspect) the Honda supersedes the Bimmer overall! Having lived in Barnstable for 35 years, I'd repeatedly heard high quality comments about the Hyannis Honda dealership. I was not disappointed with my actual experience. The sales people were not pushy, the price was right on both purchase and trade, the car was prepared and delivered when described, and the full tank of gas and inspection sticker were nice touches. I expect I will be satisfied with the service department when needed. Thanks! More

My wife and I wanted a car for my college bound son to take to school. After looking around with the courteous help of Jim Donahue we decided to trade in my wife's 2010 CRV and get 2 new civics for my wif take to school. After looking around with the courteous help of Jim Donahue we decided to trade in my wife's 2010 CRV and get 2 new civics for my wife and son. After thinking about it and looking at the inventory I also decided to replace my 2006 Accord that has 245,000 miles on it as well. So we left with three new cars after a very pleasant experience with all of the staff at Hyannis Honda. We were very impressed with the low pressure manner in which the entire transaction was handled. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. More

The dealer called me one day after the review appeared and we worked out a settlement. He was truly concerned about my experience and anxious to keep me as a customer. I will continue to do business with Hyannis Honda Service performed was 105000 mi. service. item 1 I told them of a noise in right front upon acceleration when I dropped off the car. I asked if the noise was fixed when they called to tell me it was ready. They told me it was fixed and the car was road tested! I picked up the car, 06 Pilot, and the noise was still there as soon as I started forward out of the parking space. A mechanic rode with me, heard the noise immediately and fixed it within 45 minutes or so. I don't believe the car was road tested Item 2. I dropped the car off at 8:00 AM. At 10:00 AM they called and told me the brakes were 95% worn and I needed rotors and pads all around.(about $1200) I have all my service done at the dealer. In late december 2011 I had the oil changed and they told me about all the things they checked which included the brakes and that the brakes were fine. I don't believe the brakes went from fine to 95% gone in 6 weeks. When I questioned them I got several "possibilities" When I first got the car in 08 and it was under warantee I complained about the brake pedal going close to the floor and the same for the emergency brake. I also complained about a scraping noise when I started moving in the morning. They told me all was well. Now the car is out of warantee and the causes of the things I complained about are reasons for the brakes going from fine to 95% bad in six weeks. I don't believe it. I don't believe that they check the things they claim to during the $30 oil change. I am surprised they were able to inspect my brakes more carefully than during an oil change when they were doing an "all day job" on the front of the engine More
