I was releaved he was because I felt that he was very fair,honest very easy to talk to and i felt respected. In general , my past experiences with other sales people i had felt that they were standoffish and condescending.. One of the main reasons i went back there was because of Chet Hughes .I can honestly say that if I was not treated respectfully I would have not given my business to any establishment. The sale was a bit complicated because of the insurance and total loss and he was very patient and took away a lot of the stress of the purchase. I do not think he could have made it an easier. First time experience with Honda Hyannis. Met Mark Arnold and asked for his help in a lease agreement on an Accord LX. Mark was genuine, conveyed honesty and gave us true understanding of the process, our options and his recommendations. We had an agreement that afternoon and it was the smoothest most relaxing car purchase experience I have ever had. Pick up of the vehicle had no issues and the entire Hyannis team handled our paperwork, plates, registration and sticker in no time. To top if off, Mark spent time with my wife teaching her the features of the car and even taugh her how to load and use Bluetooth.
