I was annoyed to wait there for 2 hours after just spending so much and being reassured that the vehicle was going to be thoroughly gone through and detailed. As far as the detailing goes, I had some cleaning to do when I got the car home, and my teenage son and brother in law both noticed dirty spots on my new car interior , I was embarrassed and they asked me if anyone had cleaned this car before selling it! Actually just about every time I get in I notice a spot that's dirty, I clean it and go on my way. Believe me, it's not filthy by Any means, but when other people notice it too, that's not cool. That being said, I am not completely confident that my car was gone through for service or detailed thoroughly. I have been a Hyannis Honda customer for many years and I will come back, but I do carry some disappointment. Not with my sales person though, Dave was great. More

I called The sales department to inquire about special offers on the Civic. I got Dave Wardrop and told him that the car was for my daughter who is going through a divorce and we have already looked at a offers on the Civic. I told him we did not want to "play" the annoying car sales games, I said "I just want your BEST PRICE". We were going to be getting something within a week (we hoped). I believe I said something like "The best price wins". Well, that is just what happened. Dave won. No smoking guns, no "Write down the price you want to pay", etc. Very pleasant and accommodating. I know people rave about this dealership for their sales and service and we had heard the ads on the radio, so we decided to go visit and test-drive some cars. The service we had from Patrick was outstanding and he was very knowledgeable and easy going. We drove new Accords and just for the fun of it I drove a new Civic. In the end we bought an Accord and a Civic! We are both extremely happy with our choices, and are looking forward to saving money at the gas pump. We were happy that the ads were absolutely accurate and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends and family, Hyannis Honda's reputation is great around town, and now we know why.
