The quality of their service exceeded my initial expectation and their standards of quality have remaine dealership over more than a 10 year period. The reliability of the cars I have purchased has also been great. I love my Hondas. I have never had a problem with this dealership and feel quite confident I never will. The sales and/or service departments answer any questions I may have and accommodate my needs all the time. I love that the dealership has service area where I wait (and never for long) while my car is being serviced. It is kept clean and the chairs are most comfortable and if I need a ride home while my car is being serviced, they accommodate that need too. My salesman, Patrick,Yezukevicz, is easy to work with as he understands my vehicle needs and I continue to work with him each time I am ready to purchase another Honda. I probably could keep them for a longer time, but I do like the newer features - particularly the camera for backing up. Wow, each feature makes me feel safer. That is why I love my Hondas. This time I purchased a Honda CR-V and it is one beautiful car. More

I purchased a new CRV and was looking forward to enjoying it . The agreement was to send my husband to pick the car up ,as I did ,he arrived my saleslady was not on duty and that was not the agreement we had it . I visited Hyannis Honda to review my lease options last Tues. I departed from Hyannis Honda with a new CRV! Why? It all has to do with the extremely friendly, comfortable, professional and courteous atm Tues. I departed from Hyannis Honda with a new CRV! Why? It all has to do with the extremely friendly, comfortable, professional and courteous atmosphere created by all staff the minute you walk through the door. Dennis was patient, detailed, and sensitive to my needs. Susan is an Ace. Why wouldn't I leave with a new car after such a gob-smacking experience??? By the way, I had the same experience my first visit in 2011 (with Joe Longo). Not only do I have a new vehicle, but I also have new friends! What could be better than that? ! More
I arrived at Hyannis Honda with my 2 young daughters and was welcomed by Tony. He answered all of my questions and was very knowledgable. He was great with my girls and a pleasure to deal with. We drove one CRV and upon our return, I asked to drive the base model and he gladly prepared it and we headed back out. I fell in love with the car - it's fantastic - and Tony worked with me painlessly to arrive at a price I was more than happy with. The business manager and sales manager were both accommodating and enhanced my experience. Communication was fantastic across the board. Everything they needed to take care of was done and they all remembered ME - I wasn't just another customer they wanted money from. It's clearly about more than just doing business at Hyannis Honda... building relationships takes business to a level of success many will never achieve. They get it. When I picked up the car, Tony showed me all the features, synched up bluetooth to my phone for me, rode with me over to the service department, made sure I got a special promotion coupon and expedited the inspection sticker so I was out of there with my new car in minutes. I have no doubt that this is how he/they treat all of their customers, but I certainly felt valued and respected throughout the entire process. More

Also, other dealerships on the Cape and the Boston area where I had shopped were aggressive with price but not as accommodating to my needs re: my lease return, time frames, incentives as well as outstanding price structure. Whatever pay raises and incentives you have to offer your sales staff should, without question, be bestowed on Goeff for :1) dealing successfully with me, 2)making the experience family friendly, 3)providing great service and product at a great price.
