This year after setting me up with my new lease, even though he isn't doing floor sales antmore,he set me up with George McEvoy. George took care of ouur paperwork promptly and then led me to Will in finance who exspeediated the prosses.I love my new car and continue to do business with Honda for it's great product and especially Hyannis Honda for it's exceptional staff. This was without a doubt the best car buying experience we have ever been through. We never felt any of that salesman pressure you hear so much about in the showroom. In fact just the opposite. And when we had questions about the Honda CRV our salesman David Morse was a wealth of information. You know how sometimes you get that trapped feeling in the showroom? Not here. When we had narrowed our choices down to the CRV, Mazda CX5 and the Subaru Outback we went back to David for what I consider the "engineer's tie breaker". He very patiently spent a good hour with us answering questions, explaining the finer points of the vehicle, and then took us on a very informative test drive. With a child in college money is tight. Honda to the rescue! They offered us the average price for our trade(yes, wish it had been more), a very competitive price for their car(sure, who wouldn't want it at cost...), and very competitive lease terms. Here Hyannis Honda earned big points with me. Having never leased I was extremely leery. They patiently and in the easiest to understand terms explained everything and raised my comfort level where I knew this was what we wanted. Now the 2013 CRV: None of the three cars on our short list filled every square but the CRV EX-L was the clear winner. 30+ mpg (more with the Econ button), heated seats and mirrors(why those aren't a mandatory safety item), Honda engine, solid feel to the car, advanced yet easy to use technology, and by far the best ride. The Mazda CX5 had a very stiff ride, "tinny" sound and feel, limited over the shoulder visibility, low power at highway speeds. Subaru actually came in second with more options we wanted available at a lower vehicle pricing level. However the CVT transmissions are still too new for my liking, you don't sit quite as high as we prefer, and there is the issue of continuous 4 wheel drive and tire replacement. All in all after driving each car we would get in the CRV and think "Wow!" If I had to go buy another car today Hyannis Honda and David Morse would be my first and possibly ONLY stop. More

I was amazed at his prompt response and the actions taken to get me into a car at breakneck speed. I was in a crunch and was doubtful that I could meet my deadline of becoming mobile by January 7th. With Curt's diligence, I drove off the lot on Decmber 29th with a sweet new Honda Civic coupe! Curt's professionalism and knowledge of the leasing business moved things along at lightening speed. He was informative on all the different leasing options from the onset through the life of the lease. He really knew the car and was friendly, easy and affable. He explained the interior and technical aspects of the Civic which was a great jumpstart to learning the vehicle. Honda of Hyannis is fortunate to have Curt Baker in it's ranks. Thank you Curt. I agree, I had it for a week now, already drove it in the snowstorm and I love it. Marc made the experience of buying the car great.
