He was extremely helpful, informative, professional, and courteous. After we left the dealership, both of us commented/agreed that "I would definitely buy a car from Bill". So I returned a few weeks later to buy my car. Again, Bill was very helpful, attentive and friendly, and made the whole buying experience very pleasant and "hassle-free". The woman who helped with my financing options (I apologize for not remembering her name), was helpful as well. Bill and I set up a time to pick up my car a few days later. Bill was on time, made sure I was all set with my car and any questions I had, helped me get my financing squared away, and made sure I was able to get my car inspected--all this in about 1 1/2 hours.
