After driving the CRV and meeting Geoff, I emailed him with a simple request: I didn't want to get there on Saturday and play the waiting game of bargaining back and forth. I asked if we could do some of that through email and he was amiable and so we did. This made my actual purchasing time (signing of papers, learning about the car itself, extra financial information, trade-in, etc.) a more pleasant experience and faster! Plus I didn't have to sit there while the sales person goes to the finance person, then there's more of the pitch, then there's the trade-in dickering, etc. Could I have maybe gotten a better deal on my Civic had I played that game? Perhaps, but I got $4,000 and it was estimated between 3500-5,000 so in my opinion, I opted for the pleasant experience through email and phone rather than sitting in a chair at a sales desk while both parties play a gambling game. Eight years ago I did not have that experience at this Honda dealership and ended up going to another dealer. So I was glad Geoff was so accommodating. Plus I got a fabulous deal! About 8,000 off the list price. I really appreciated the whole experience and certainly glad I could support my local Honda dealership. More

All of my transactions have been with Patrick. He is great with customers and really does his best to help you get the vehicle you want and the best price possible. He is always very helpful and there is never any pressure. I have been extremely pleased with Hyannis Honda. I've had many cars over the years and have dealt with many dealerships. I consider Hyannis Honda the best in my experience. Patrick has been terrific. Others in the sales office were also very available if needed. There was never any pressure. liked the fact that the dealership did not waste our time. we knew what accord we wanted and the price level. They offered a very good price and we were done is less than an hour. car was ready for pick time. we knew what accord we wanted and the price level.
