We called Hyannis Honda to discuss quotes for buying and leasing. We were fortunate to speak with Jake Roberts. We saw Jake and the car on Friday, Jan 31st and on Monday, Feb 2nd we drove home in our new Honda. Jake handled the process seamlessly and was very professional and cordial. I'm finding that the Ridgeline has more room inside and I love the front wheel drive and all wheel drive rather than going to 4 wheel drive with the Tacoma which I had before. This was probably the most seamless new car transaction that I have ever had ( I've done 18 in my life time) thanks to Rick. I will be using the service department to have them install a wiring harness for a boat trailer. The Ridgeline have really impressed me in the short time that I have had it, a great ride and handles well in the snow. Looking forward to doing more business with if only my wife will give up her Subaru but not much chance. Thanks again for the outstanding service. Paul Tabory More

I got a great price on my new 2014 Pilot and a good trade in price on my 2009 CR-V. What's not to like. Second car I've purchased at Hyannis in the last 2.5 years. For twenty years my parents Mary and Jack have been driving the Honda Accord and Civic models. Since moving to Yarmouth ten years ago (and away from Herb Chambers of Burlington) they have been treated driving the Honda Accord and Civic models. Since moving to Yarmouth ten years ago (and away from Herb Chambers of Burlington) they have been treated very well by Hyannis Honda: from the sales department to service department personnel. It helps that Honda motor cars are extremely reliable and economical. However, what I came here to report is more than that. As evidence of SUPERIOR service, Sales Consultant Mike O'Neill went out of his way to reach out to them as a courtesy, and to offer them what they consider the best deal on--two--cars they have had yet. After learning my parents had purchased a "his and hers" sedan-coupe arrangement--and that extensive travel over the summer had added many miles to the two excellent used cars--Mr. O'Neill identified Mary and Jack (used car devotees) as potential buyers of a new-stock surplus-model 2014 and 2013 Accord-Civic EX pairing. Mike took a chance in making an old-fashioned sales call--the sort that Jack had built his business in Boston making, upon arriving here from his nine year stint in the US Navy some years ago. My parents committed to trading in one car, and left very satisfied with two. He offered them care and courtesy; he met their needs; he explained that purchasing a new-surplus model would yield them monthly and over-the-term-savings above the existing loans; and, he gave them a solution in enabling them to trade in the models accruing high miles for zero-mile-versions at the very same monthly payment they had been making beforehand. Mike provided committed service on two weekend days, and had them driving home very pleased. To boot: Mr. O'Neill took time after the completion of those deals to specially train Mary to use her iPhone with the integrated Bluetooth wireless telephone system hard-wired into her Coupe--one that allows two-hands-on-the-steering-wheel-driving (and not on the iPhone) so that she can receive calls through the radio speakers and reply through a ceiling mounted microphone while she keeps her appointments across the Cape and in Boston. Having been at the Bluetooth training, I can't recall a encountering a more decent and dedicated salesman than Mike. As Mary trains Jack in the use of his phone, I can say they feel the same enthusiasm for Mike's commitment and eager service. Thank you very much Mike O'Neill and Hyannis Honda! More
