Happy Honda Customer... almost 10 years now! I finally decided to trade in my 2005 Honda Accord Coupe for a new model. It was a tough decision though as the 05 Accord was my first ever new car. I bought it brand new right off the lot, in September 2005 in San Francisco. And that car has been everywhere with me, all over the country. It was a good car, strong solid engine and sharp looking too. But it was time for an upgrade. I really just thought I was going to get the 05 Accord appraised, but I ended up test-driving the 2014 model and it was love at first sight. One thing led to another and a couple hours later I had completed the trade-in and was off in my brand new car. It was all relatively easy and painless. Everyone I talked with there was knowledgeable and friendly. I felt no pressure to buy, and they answered all my questions. I have been a loyal Honda customer now for nearly a decade, and will remain so for years to come if the level of service at Honda remains unchanged. I have had nothing but good experiences when dealing with Honda... both here in MA, and also in San Francisco and Palm Springs, CA. I love my car, I love Honda and I totally recommend Hyannis Honda Sales if you are looking for a new or used Honda. They will get you the best price for your trade in too. And if you already have a Honda, try Hyannis Honda Service Dept. for all your service needs. You won't be disappointed. And they get you in and out of there in a timely fashion... and there is a comfortable waiting area where you can relax, have some coffee and watch the big-screen TV until your car is ready, Or you can take advantage of their shuttle service and go run some errands or go to the mall. Long story short... Hyannis Honda continuously meets or exceeds my expectations. My only complaint, the traffic on Cape Cod can be brutal in the summer months. But if you gotta be stuck in traffic down there, might as well be in a comfortable, sexy new car! More

Peter Stout at Hyannis Honda was to the point, worked to match other dealer prices Visited several Honda and Toyota dealers to choose between the two. Peter Stout at Hyannis Honda was to the point, worked to match other dealer prices and gave me a reasonable deal on my trade-in. He was very patient answering all my questions and explained the Accord features to me. He told me to come back when I purchase a new Bluetooth phone and he will help me with the installation. I wrote a check and drove the car away the same day. Although Hyannis Honda could not match the free two year maintenance offer of another dealership or the lifetime drive train warranty, I felt the convenience of local service was more important in the end. I did receive a certificate for 50% off the first scheduled maintenance. I felt the purchase was hassle free and referred a friend who also bought from Peter. Recommended. More
