We took it out for a test drive and I was impressed. Caleb was very eager to point out all the options available and we quickly decided to purchase the touring package. I had my heart set on a particular color that was not on the lot. Caleb assured me that he could obtain the vehicle that I was interested in so we quickly decided to make the purchase. We test drove two other models and my husband chose the 2015 Accord. Caleb was very patient and gave us time to consider all available options. His knowledge of the product and friendly demeanor made the process enjoyable. More

Great lease deal. Went in expecting to lease a base model Accord or Civic. Saw higher end model Accord but the monthly payment was out of range. Salesman (Sean) worked diligently to get us in the higher end model at a price that was affordable and very reasonable. The monthly payment dropped three times to get it in the price range where we wanted to be. Great to work with. Very fair and reasonable. No regrets. We drove out in a beautiful 2015 Accord and very happy. Would recommend this dealer and will go back ourselves in the future. More

We were delighted, when less than an hour later we walked out with the exact deal that we had wanted and come in for. My husband joked that it was easier than going to Sears and buying a new lawn mower. I can not say enough good things about our sales guy James S. either. He made our family feel very comfortable and did not use any pressure techniques, just pure honesty. This is my second car purchased through Hyannis Honda and I anticipate that it will not be my last. More

First New Car I helped guide my daughter to buying her first new car and for the most part, everything went well. When her Mom and I took her to pick up her car though, there was a finance issue external to the dealer that prevented her from picking up the car. Long story short, her excitement turned into tears. Jack Maloney was MORE than kind, caring, and compassionate to our daughter. Jack was very helpful during the car buying process, but it was his genuine compassion to my daughter that stood out head and shoulders above any other car sales person I've dealt with. While we felt bad that our daughter had to wait overnight to pick up her first new car, it was so nice to see that Jack shared in her disappointment. Jack is a not just a good salesman - he is a good person. Thank you Jack! More

I'd been looking for a used, medium-sized, 5-speed Honda or Toyota because my car died and I needed a replacement fast. Manual cars are a rare breed these days, but two manual Honda Fits came up on the Hyannis Honda website during a google search, and, although it was close to 8:00 pm, I was called by Jack Moloney only a few minutes after I submitted a request for information. He was the opposite of scary! During my visit the next day, I found Jack to be a knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward sales consultant with good entertainment value thrown in for free. Thankfully, the Fit turned out to be a good "fit" for me and in good condition, and though I ended up paying just a wee bit more for it than I planned, it was fitted with some extras: new brakes and a pair of new tires. I'm satisfied I got my money's worth and love my "new" car. Thanks Jack and Hyannis Honda! More
