Purchasing Experience with Hyannis Honda I started my search for a new vehicle about 1 month ago as I had just promised my youngest grandson that I would sell him my 1999 Toyota Camry which n I started my search for a new vehicle about 1 month ago as I had just promised my youngest grandson that I would sell him my 1999 Toyota Camry which now had given me 113,000 miles of essentially trouble free service over the last 15 years. This was to be his first car. My overall time working with Peter Stout of Hyannis Honda spanned approximately 3 weeks. When we first met, I told Peter I was not ready to buy but just wanted to test drive a 2015 Honda Accord in order to see if the new CVT equipped Accord was to be a contender in my search. Peter allowed me to do a comprehensive test drive and continued to work with me during my ongoing search. Love my new car! We went in to see what the new Odyssey looks like. Everyone we came it contact with at Hyannis Honda, starting with the sales manager, was first-rate, professional and honest. They were also efficient, recognizing that time is important for customers too. Our salesperson was Peter Stout. He was very personable and didn't play any "games." After the sale was complete he took extra time to show us features of our new car and did things like sync our cell phones, something he certainly did not have to do. He was top-notch; he made the buying experience a complete pleasure. I can also speak to the service because that department had to get our new car ready and because it had serviced my old CRV. The Service Department, like the Sales Department was 5 star too. More
