Upon my arrival I was met with a warm smile from a very knowledgeable sales consultant named Caleb Weglarz. I was allowed to voice my thoughts and where I was in the process of purchasing a CRV. I told Caleb I went to other Honda facilities and wanted to see what Hyannis Honda could offer me. Do your research, it is a must! Caleb was there with expert knowledge on alternatives and suggestions. There is a reason why Hyannis Honda is a high volume dealership. My overall experience was great. *Remember, when you go in any financial and purchase office, they do try and get you to buy extended warranties. Again, do your homework beforehand. I did purchase a new 2015 Honda CRV the first day with Caleb and I do recommend Hyannis Honda. I tried the rest and settled on the best! Ken M. More

Very Happy I was approached by Connie to consider trading in my car for a newer version or something that had less mileage. When she initially looked at the fig I was approached by Connie to consider trading in my car for a newer version or something that had less mileage. When she initially looked at the figures she didn't think it would work to my benefit and so she gave me her card and to keep her in mind in the future. but when I got home I did some calculating of my existing loans and found a way that maybe it could work. So i re-called Connie and she was terrific in helping me to find a way to make the figures work. She is terrific and I would surely go back to her in a few years to try again. Bob Fantaroni More

Since I loved my 2012, I was pretty sure we would either buy it outright or maybe continue leasing. Our salesman was Curt Baker and he was a big help in our decision and I now have a new car. We just leased TWO 2015 Hondas at Hyannis Honda My husband and I went to Hyannis Honda in answer to a flyer offering us an opportunity to turn in the 2113 CRV, which I have loved. Caleb Weglarz was My husband and I went to Hyannis Honda in answer to a flyer offering us an opportunity to turn in the 2113 CRV, which I have loved. Caleb Weglarz was friendly, interested and made us feel right at home. After discussing our situation and needs, we ended up leasing a 2015 CRV, same color, same style, but with great updates, and the kicker: a complimentary 2-year maintenance agreement, just as our old one was set to expire. Both Caleb and Will, the financial manager, made the experience so pleasant that my husband ended up turning in his 2014 Toyota Camry and leasing a 2015 Honda Fit. Kudos to the staff at Hyannis Honda. This is our car place from now on. More

While waiting for the service to be completed, I decided to walk the lot to see what Honda had to offer. I had no intention on getting a new car until I met Peter Stout. He hadn't even clocked in for the day when he had arrived for work and saw me looking at the 2015 CR-V's. He started answering questions and walking me around the lot. He took me for a test drive and then explained the lease process, seeing as I had no idea how it worked. I've never felt the honesty of a car salesman until I met Peter. He truly has changed how I feel about car dealers and salesmen. He made this experience so easy. I would highly recommend asking for him if you go to Hyannis Honda and are looking for a new car. Sweet 16 made even sweeter! we were looking for a car for our daughter who was turning 16 on Christmas Eve but had no intentions of buying, just wanted to start the hunt. My daughter and I came in one weekend and met Jake Roberts who took down our info and what exactly we were looking for. Within a week there was some very real prospects that had come into the dealership so Jake gave us the heads up and we were back the following weekend to take a look. We looked at the car on Saturday, dad gave the approval and we bought it on Sunday and it was ready for pick up on Tuesday afternoon. What an awesome job these guys did to make a sweet 16 have a truly memorable birthday! Jake, Dave, James and Will and all the others who worked effortlessly to get the car ready. this was the most pain free experience I EVER had when purchasing a vehicle. The guys at Honda really do listen and really do care about making the customers happy!!! More

My recent experience was no exception; not only do I love my new 2015 Honda Civic, but the entire transaction was friendly, informative and as seamless as always. My salesperson, Dennis, hung-in-there with me throughout the entire process, explaining everything and making sure my experience was as stress-free as possible. The sales manager, Hassan, was no exception: he too was a steady, reassuring presence from the start.
