Unsatisfied in Service Department I have heard nothing but good things about Hyannis Honda and my uncle has been purchasing his cars there for over 15 years. Although, unfortunately today, I received poor customer service in the service department. I had called asking for help with the error code on my radio because my code number was not working. The employee I had spoken to, who did not give his name, I felt as though was rushing the phone call and did not stay on the phone to help until the problem was solved. I had ended the phone call by saying "Thank you" and "Have a nice day" but the employee replied with nothing and hung up the phone. This was my first experience, myself, with Hyannis Honda and I am not quite sure if I would go back. More

Within minutes of my inquiry I received his call. I was looking to replace my sedan with a 4WD due to current weather conditions. After three or four phone calls we came to an agreement regarding my trade and the purchase of the CRV. It was obviously contingent on his seeing mine and I yours. We met Saturday and confirmed the deal and I picked up the car on Monday the 9th. One of the smoothest and pleasant transactions after many over several years. I believe that I received very good value for the prices paid. The only negative experience I had was with the pick up of my 2015 CR-V. I showed up on time and I had to wait over one hour to receive my vehicle and I never received the normal new car pick up treatment from Mike. He was very apologetic after the fact and explained that he was with a customer that had shown up hours late for their appointment. He should have explained the problem to the late customer and made them wait since they were the cause of the problem. However, this did not happen. Despite this I would not hesitate to use Hyannis Honda in the future. John Kaletski More
