We liked the additional features packages that Honda has. It made it easy to select our car rather than pick out each individual feature from a long list. Once we decided on the model we liked, there were several colors to select from on the lot. Even as we shopped for ours, many more were being delivered each day. Jake followed our vehicle through the prep process and kept a hands-on approach to make sure all went well. He takes a personal interest in you and treats you like one of the family. We will be very comfortable calling Jake in the future should we need assistance. More

Since my wife is very I bought my first Hyannis Honda CRV in 1999. Since then we leased a new 2012 Honda Accord for my wife and a 2012 CRV for me. Since my wife is very short she was not happy with the Length of the Accord's hood and so we exchanged the Accord lease for a new 2013 CRV lease. Our cars have always been serviced by Hyannis Honda as their service personnel are very personable and the quality of the service excellent! As my lease was coming to an end in August, I needed help in determining if I should buy out the lease, lease a new 2015 CRV or purchase a new CRV. This is where Connie came into the picture. She patiently worked with me to evaluate all options and at the end I decided to buy out the lease. The story continues. My wife liked the looks of the Civic and after Connie took her for a test she decided she wanted to exchange the 2013 CRV for a new 2015 Civic. And Connie patiently worked with her on the options and we decided to buy out the 2013 CRV lease and purchase the 2015 Civic.
