Mark seemed to understand my reluctance in having to give up my 2001 Civic, my car for over 10 years. He handled my wish to have the dollar amount for trade-in increased, letting me know it might not be accepted. Happily, the trade-in amount was increased! I thought I would feel nervous test driving, but because of Mark Perry's calm, friendly manner, I was relaxed. I believe he is an amazing, kind and terrific salesman.
