Dennis is a complete professional and explained every step thoroughly along the way, the process was painless. Every person that I spoke with at Hyannis Honda was courteous, professional and happy to assist me. When I picked up the car, it was turned over to me with a full tank of gas, the inspection sticker, title and plates all done at the dealership. I didn't have to do a thing except drive it away!
