Besides the cars themselves being the most reliable and problem-free in my experience, the staff all seem to work together as a unit, making the entire process as smooth as possible. This was the most enjoyable encounter for me so far: meeting with Tara Braddock and Mark Perry in finance, Connie Whalen in sales, and Hassan Ghadban who remains a steady and reassuring presence. Cody Coers, my sales rep, was the star on the tree: an exceptionally bright, calm-mannered and knowledgeable young man, readily answering any and all of my questions. Love my Honda HRV This is the second time I have bought a vehicle form Hyannis Honda. The first car was a used CRV. This time I purchased a new HRV. The salesman, Jake Roberts, was highly recommended to me by a friend. It was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Jake is, to me, the perfect car salesman. No pressure, honest , sincere and totally up front about all aspects of the sale. He definitely went the extra mile with me and answered all of my many questions, plus reassured me that he would be available down the road after I purchased the car. He spent more than an hour with me going over all the features of the car. I have owned the car for a week, and I have called him several times with questions. He responded promptly to all my calls. I especially appreciated that he arranged for me to come to the sales dept. last Thurs evening after he had left for the day so that another sales person could show me how to attach my bike rack and kayak properly before my trip to Maine the next morning. More

Super accommodating This was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Our car died in the driveway, we needed to replace it, we already liked Honda (still This was the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. Our car died in the driveway, we needed to replace it, we already liked Honda (still have an Element, had an Accord back in the '80's), and wanted a CR-V. We settled on the "special," a silver 2013 -- Andrew seemed to know it was for us even before we arrived. We're from out of state, and so there were some complications, but Andrew and team were super-accommodating, even providing a rental car for the period we were waiting for the registration to arrive at the dealership from PA DMV. Honda is a great company, and this operation really cares about the quality of what it sells and services. Also, we were proud that our sales rep has deeded rights to graze his cows on Bunker Hill! Steve Chase had some interesting history to relate too - both have family roots on Cape Cod that go back a long long time. More
