Dear James, I sincerely apologize for you not receiving the refund you certainly deserved. When a customer trades in a Honda with an extended warranty we make it a practice to cancel the warranty so a refund for any unused portion can be issued. The refund was directed to the selling dealer. At this point they should have mailed the refund to you and I again apologize for that not happening. It was only ever our intent to assist you in cancelling the old policy and if we had known that the refund was not received we would have assisted in rectifying the situation for you. I hope can accept my apology and understand that what happened was not our intention and that I am as bothered by it as you. Sincerely Jay Goodwin Owner
