I knew that I wanted another Accord since its safety features had saved my life, and once I had contacted Patrick Yezuckevicz, any trace of trepidation disappeared. He immediately put me at ease. Patrick was efficient and professional, making the whole experience hassle-free. He quickly answered all our questions, making our decision to lease another Accord through Hyannis Honda a no-brainer. We were extremely satisfied with the whole transaction. Patrick and the entire staff were super. I would recommend Patrick and Hyannis Honda to anyone looking for a new Honda. More

Extended Warranty I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV on February 25, 2015 from Hyannis Honda and traded in a 2007 Honda CRV that was purchased from Cambridge Honda along with I purchased a 2015 Honda CRV on February 25, 2015 from Hyannis Honda and traded in a 2007 Honda CRV that was purchased from Cambridge Honda along with an Extended Warranty (EW) that I had forgotten about and had not used. A few weeks ago I found the EW and called American Honda in Torrence CA. I was informed that Hyannis Honda cancelled the EW policy on 3/2015 and the monies, $119.50 was forwarded to Cambridge Honda. After hassling somewhat with Cambridge Honda they agreed to send me a check only after a phone call from American Honda. My complaint with Hyannis Honda is, why they cancelled the Extended Warranty that was purchased from another dealership? They are a local dealership "who cares" in a small community that they would have done the right thing and forwarded a check to the rightful person who purchased the extended warranty? They are not looking out for your interest. BUYER BEWARE!! More

Purchasing a new Honda Civic I have been buying Hondas for the last 30 years. I wanted a new 2016 Lease Vehicle. Although I wished I had other colors to choose from I am thrill I have been buying Hondas for the last 30 years. I wanted a new 2016 Lease Vehicle. Although I wished I had other colors to choose from I am thrilled with my new car. (Only disadvantage with new Civic - has no CD player-I love to listen to books on tape.) David Hunt was recommended to me. He was kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. He reassured me as to my decision.
