On my own I decided to purchase this vehicle. The discussion of price was fair and well explained. I felt very comfortable dealing with Patrick and that is why I deal with Hyannis Honda. No-nonsense Experience I stopped by Hyannis Honda in early December to explore the option of trading in my 2011 Honda CRV for a newer model with fewer miles. He listened carefully and told me that at that time he did not have any used vehicles that met my criteria. (Note: he did not try to talk me into a car that I did not want!) A week or so later Peter called to let me know that a 2014 lease had just been turned in and that this might be the car I was looking for. It was! In a matter of an hour I took a test-drive, again explained my budget, and bought the car! What I most appreciated about working with Peter ... and Hyannis Honda... was that they listened to me when I explained how much money I had to spend. There was no uncomfortable pressure. I told him I was looking for a 2016 HRV and he was very active in looking for one for me. Unfortunately, the only three on the lot already spoken for, but he was quick to make up for it when he brought out a stunning 2017 model. We test drove it and I was in love! "Is there anything stopping you from taking this Honda home today?" he asked me and I responded, "If the price is right, nothing will stop me." He did everything he could to get me the payment I wanted and the financing team was very efficient and kept me informed every step of the way, answering all my questions with knowledge and expertise. At the end of the day, I drove off with my new Honda and I couldn't be happier with both the car and the service! More
