The best dealership ever! From the moment I walked into Hyannis Honda I was greeted by a smile and handshake by Steve Chase.. I knew from the outset that this was going to be a good experience. I had read the reviews for the 2017 CR-V EX and was eager to try it out. Steve took me in hand right away showing me the brochure describing the various features of this model, and took me for a ride. I then drove the car myself. He was there at every turn giving great directions and indicating from time to time a feature that I might want to try out. I decided then and there to purchase the car. There. were several colors readily available on the lot to choose from and the Kanuary incentice which I was able to take advantage of. The next day I returned to pick up the car. They took care of all the paperwork; all I had to do was call my insurance company and bring the title of the car that I was trading in .Politeness, confidence, knowledgeable customer oriented service and on top of that a great Honda product!!. I was able to meet the service department introduced by Steve. They took care of the sticker right away. After an informative review of all the wonderful features of this new 2017 CRV EXL touring. I drove home knowing that I had had with Steve Chase and Conrad the manager the best experience that anyone could have had purchasing a car. More
