We bought our previous car, A few days ago my husband and myself met with your salesman Chip Berkowitz on a prearranged appointment to buy a new car. We bought our previous car, a Honda Odyssey nine years ago at this same dealer and we were ready to trade it in for a new model. Chip is an outstanding young man who listened to us to determine our wants and needs. We settled on a new 2016 Odyssey SE. Chip went over all the Benefits of a new Odyssey by explaining the many features. His knowledge impressed both of us.. After a test drive we went over the pricing and Chip, brought Tony in to finalize a price that we were satisfied with and the sale was written up. I would also like to add that I serviced my previous Odyssey here at Hyannis Honda and have nothing to say but good things. The car never required any service other the standard service. Connie got the ball rolling by calling us to see if we would consider turning in our 2014 CRV early from our lease. We expressed an interest, IF we could keep the payments the same, with little cash out of pocket. The next day, Connie introduced me to Jake Roberts, who was very helpful and patient, as I explained our interest in getting a 2017 HRV, rather than a 2016 CRV, provided we could keep the numbers about the same. Jake took the time to listen to all my concerns, had me drive a new HRV, and went over all the features. Once we had made the decision that this was the car we wanted, he went to work to make the numbers work, then Susan in the business office finalized all the paperwork, and that afternoon my wife an I drove our new car home! We couldn't have been more pleased! More
