Came back later that day to test drive the car, but it had been brought to Hyannis. The next day, Andrew brought it back to Orleans, had the test drive, and made a deposit to purchase it. Andrew's positive professionalism led to my making this purchase. He was polite, listened to all my questions, and gave clear answers to those questions. Patrick took me through the process of my first lease ever. He was patient, explained everything to me and we were able to compromise on the deal I needed to have. It took time to get my preferred truck but Patrick stayed in touch throughout the week of waiting. Upon receiving my leased Ridgeline I was "taught" by Patrick about many of the updated items in the packaged truck I leased. (I traded in a 2004 Dakota Truck so "the times they are a changing.") It has been two (2) weeks since I picked up my truck and I am very pleased with the Honda Ridgeline RT. It was simple and easy to deal with Peter and the business team. They Fedexed me the paperwork, I returned it, and a few days later a friend delivered my old car and picked up the new one. Not only was the service good, but the dealership made me a fair deal. I am very pleased with the experience and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone. More

2017 Honda Civic Walked into Hyannis Honda early on a Saturday morning to test drive the new Honda Civic which has a great new body style. I picked it up 3 days later and was just as impressed with the personable, efficient service. I was advised to return Thursday evening (late service hours) to the service department for my free inspection sticker. Again, please to share that I arrived at 6pm and 15 minutes later the service tech congratulated me on my new car purchase and I was done!
