Because I have been satisfied with all my cars and doing business with the dealership, I returned to buy a Certified Pre-Owned honda. This could have been a stressful experience since I have always bought a brand new car and was a bit apprehensive about a used one. I did some research. Decided the model and year I wanted and contacted Hyannis Honda. Happily Patrick answered my call and we arranged a test drive. Patrick was knowledgeable and accommodating. My search for a new vehicle is over. I had been a Hyannis Honda customer in the past and had had a very good experience with both sales and service. After an online searach I went last we I had been a Hyannis Honda customer in the past and had had a very good experience with both sales and service. After an online searach I went last week to look at a CRV. The 2017 model was too large for my needs. Chad Lohr suggested that I might like one of the two 2016 models still on the lot. I drove one, I liked it and I bought it. Chad was friendly and not pushy. He understood what I was looking for and was extremely accommodating. I was concerned about the CRV being too large for my garage. At my suggestion Chad produced a tape measure and we determined the dimensions of the CRV and my Honda Accord. Fair to Average We were satisfied with the service we received during the looking and paper work process. It was a fairly easy sale, as we knew what we wanted and th We were satisfied with the service we received during the looking and paper work process. It was a fairly easy sale, as we knew what we wanted and the exact car that we were interested in was on the lot. We also did not need financing, as we paid by check. The problem started the day we picked up our car. The salesperson was 30 minutes late meeting us. The plates were not on the car yet. We waited in the car while he put the plates on. He seemed to be in hurry as he showed us how some of the technology in the car worked. And then all of a sudden, he said that he spent enough time going over it with us, looked at his watch, and said that we had 10 minutes to go to the service department for our sticker. We had not realized that he had not taken care of that already. We had not even looked at the dashboard, we just assumed it was done. When we purchased our last new vehicle, five years ago, the plates were on the car and the inspection sticker was already taken care of. Peter then quickly shook our hands, and left. When we arrived at the service building, the technician told us that it was too late to get a sticker, After we explained everything, he was kind enough to do it so that we did not have to come back.. I regret not writing down his name. He was very accommodating. We went to Hyannis Honda on the recommendation of several of our friends. Honda Ridgeline So my second lease with Dave Hunt was a 2016 Honda Pilot which was my third Pilot. I liked the recently updated model alot but after a year my needs So my second lease with Dave Hunt was a 2016 Honda Pilot which was my third Pilot. I liked the recently updated model alot but after a year my needs changed and decided I now needed a pickup so I visited Dave to look at the newly relaunched 2017 Ridgeline. It was just what I was looking for. Dave was able to get me out of my lease on the Pilot and into the Ridgeline for a deal that made sense and affordable. As usual he did a great job explaining all the features and setting up all the technology to my liking. Highly recommend Dave Hunt and Hyannis Honda. More
