We bought our previous car, a Honda Odyssey nine years ago at this same dealer and we were ready to trade it in for a new model. Chip is an outstanding young man who listened to us to determine our wants and needs. We settled on a new 2016 Odyssey SE. Chip went over all the Benefits of a new Odyssey by explaining the many features. His knowledge impressed both of us.. After a test drive we went over the pricing and Chip, brought Tony in to finalize a price that we were satisfied with and the sale was written up. I would also like to add that I serviced my previous Odyssey here at Hyannis Honda and have nothing to say but good things. The car never required any service other the standard service.
