After a brief test drive, informational session with Jake and an excellent offer from the Manager; I walked out only 2 hours later as a proud new owner of a 2017 Honda Civic!!!! I picked it up 3 days later and was just as impressed with the personable, efficient service. I was advised to return Thursday evening (late service hours) to the service department for my free inspection sticker. Again, please to share that I arrived at 6pm and 15 minutes later the service tech congratulated me on my new car purchase and I was done! I would highly recommend Hyannis Honda and car salesman Jake for a wonderful, stress-free experience. More

Bought a new Honda Pilot I wanted to buy a new Honda Pilot, so I drove to a Honda dealership off Cape, thinking I would get a better deal. The Cape is small and sometimes smal I wanted to buy a new Honda Pilot, so I drove to a Honda dealership off Cape, thinking I would get a better deal. The Cape is small and sometimes small means less competitive. Well, after hours of negotiating, to no avail, left and headed back to the Cape without my new car. I had a gut feeling the final numbers weren't so good. I drove to Hyannis Honda and started all over again. Within minutes, I was presented with a far better deal- $3,000 cheaper and very straight to the point! So glad I listened to my instincts- they're usually right! The salesman, Mike Richards was knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. They didn't have the color I wanted on their lot, but located one very quickly for me. From start to finish, the service was impeccable! Turns out the grass isn't always greener somewhere else. Thanks Hyannis Honda! I'm loving my new car! More

Maybe this is a testament to how busy the dealership was on the day we went to sign papers. More
