I am 85 years old and was thinking in terms of a used car. While there I also viewed a new Honda FIT which turned out to be more in line with what I wanted. Jake Roberts was the salesman and his interpersonal communication skills were superb: receiving me, listening to my questions, answering them and explaining in detail, no feeling of being rushed to a decision, helpful in final price negotiations, and follow up after the sale. The financial office at Hyannis Honda made all paperwork free of hassle so basically I wrote one check and picked up the new car. In a nutshell I would summarize the experience by saying it was thorough, pleasant, and geared to my needs and interest. More

My new car experience in 13 years I had been wanting to buy a new vehicle and thought I would look into leasing. On my way to my Dad's house to clean, I thought I'd pop in to Hyannis Honda just to get some questions answered. Little did I know just few hours later I would be leaving in my new Honda! Geoffrey and the financing staff were all terrific. Geoffrey was very friendly and easy to talk to. He never once made me feel pressured or uncomfortable. He's a great salesman! I was able to get the car I wanted in the payment range I needed to be in. This is my second experience at Hyannis Honda and I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. He was very prompt at returning my calls, as well as extending hospitality by allowing me to thoroughly test the car, and was an all around pleasure to work with. He made the process so much easier and not stressful at all. Whenever I had any questions, Andrew was happy to answer them with a friendly face.
