Poor service Again, Hyannis Honda service department has done another poor job. About a year ago they replaced my rear brakes. Turns out some clip that holds the brake pads in place wasn't assembled properly. One pad totally wore down and now I need to replace it to the tune of over $300.00. I can't stress enough that Hyannis Honda will just take your money and tell you what you want to hear to make a sale and their service department does inferior work. That's why I took my business to another Honda dealership off Cape. I have purchased probably seven Honda throughout my lifetime. Once my Crosstour is repaired I'm going to trade it in and leave the Honda brand. I phoned Honda of America to lodge a complaint and they pretty much said good luck. More

I was delighted to find that when my used car purchase was checked by the service department, they replaced brakes, did a complete alignment as well as the expected oil &filter change. Mike Richards responded the next day and we set up an appointment. I needed to reschedule,which was not a problem, Mike was open to whenever I could reschedule. We met and I was asked "what would you like?" Several options were discussed and Mike explained in detail with no pressure to purchase. Once a car was decided on, Mike took several steps to make it work for me. The rest of the process was smooth and timely. Mike was also very helpful with explaining and setting up the car features. Would highly recommend Hyannis Honda and Mike Richards. More

A Friendly Experience I always liked the looks of the Honda Ridgeline and I would drive by the dealership quite often. We decided the Pilot was a little too big for our needs. Peter made the sale happen. We thought the price was fair. We were able to secure financing through Honda Financial and were happy with the rate. They were able to get our car (color) from another dealer. The car was delivered within a week. Ed Clark, sales manager, was helpful in the process. They wanted our business. More

Although we did investigate another dealership and a couple of other contenders, I ended up with the first car I looked at. This was due in part to Mark's quiet style. Ordinarily I dread shopping for a car; that was not the case with Mark. More
