Mark Arnold the salesman was easy to deal with without the usual hard-sell (I have trained sales staff and written manuals for many companies including my own), I detest bad sales people that try to oversell and are not very good, Mark was quite affable and easy to deal with. Most of the deal was worked out over the telephone before I even arrived and made the process that much easier. They were also quick in getting me in and out, the only slowdown was with the inspection sticker, this can be streamlined a bit more compared to other dealerships but was not as bad as some others. More
