Told Connie I was interested in the Civic and also wanted to reduce my payments. Kevin Desmarais, Sales Consultant took me for a test drive and was very helpful explaining the options. Connie was able to negotiate lower payments and get me into a Civic with many options, along with Kevin Desmarais. Being a single women turning a vehicle in for a newer vehicle is very stressful. Easy, Simple, not overly pushy Service was relatively fast, not the usual overselling extra insurance and additional items, yes it was attempted but without the normal brow beating Service was relatively fast, not the usual overselling extra insurance and additional items, yes it was attempted but without the normal brow beating and pushiness that occurs at most dealerships. Mark Arnold the salesman was easy to deal with without the usual hard-sell (I have trained sales staff and written manuals for many companies including my own), I detest bad sales people that try to oversell and are not very good, Mark was quite affable and easy to deal with. Most of the deal was worked out over the telephone before I even arrived and made the process that much easier. They were also quick in getting me in and out, the only slowdown was with the inspection sticker, this can be streamlined a bit more compared to other dealerships but was not as bad as some others. More
