A few weeks ago we decided to add an additional Honda to our 'stable.' With a 14 year old Dodge Dakota overdue for retirement, we had our eye on the Honda Ridgeline. Kevin Desmarais, from their Sales Dept., spent a generous amount of time with us, demonstrating all the (many!) features of the Ridgeline. After a short and amazingly painless negotiation, we signed on the dotted line and took delivery of the nicest truck I've ever had the pleasure to own. Zero defects - quiet, smooth, and amazingly good on gas, especially for a vehicle that will tow 5,000 lbs! I'm astounded at how comfortable and quiet this truck is. “Posh” is not too strong a word. I break into a smile every time I drive it. Service on our CR-V has been very good, and their Orleans branch of the service department is very handy for those of us on the Outer Cape. I’m confident that the Ridgeline will get plenty of similar TLC at either location (Hyannis or Orleans). Kevin deserves a 10 out of ten for meeting our needs and answering all our questions. He asked what we were Interested in and we told him the Pilot, but after getting the numbers on My wife and I walked into Hyannis Honda and met Jason. We were actively shopping at other dealers in the area and almost sold on another vehicle elsewhere until we met with Mr Marancik and the team he works with at Hyannis Honda. Our goal was to find a vehicle specific to our needs while trading in 2 vehicles under challenging financial parameters. I went in looking for a civic and after the sales man, Frank, spent time locating the hatchback I wanted, I totally changed my mind and went for the CRVs. He was totally understanding and happy to help me find the right vehicle. I wound up purchasing a car I'm really happy with and both Frank and his manager were very kind and not at all like the obnoxious and sneaky people I've worked with at larger dealerships. I would really recommend Honda and working with Frank- he's great! More
