Honda CRV I was looking to update my vehicle, so after researching different vehicles decided on looking at the 2018 Honda Crv , My wife and I made an appointm I was looking to update my vehicle, so after researching different vehicles decided on looking at the 2018 Honda Crv , My wife and I made an appointment with Dave Hunt from Hyannis Honda and learn all about the really great safety features and test drove one , All I can say is WOW I was amazed at the quality of the car , the ride was quiet and very little road noise and has a lot more room than I thought. We sat down with Dave Hunt and he took my 10 year old vehicle in trade with a reasonable trade in and gave me a great deal on a brand new Honda CRV EX , We didnt get to the dealership until after lunch ,but were on our way home late afternoon with our new Honda crv . Dave Hunt was very patient and was easy to deal with . best car buying experience I have ever had . More

I did not have an appointment so 1 hour wait was not bad since that included fixing the call back on the battery and topped off a few things that were needed. So Happy! I'm so happy with my new car! I went into the car buying process stressed about having to make such a big decision. But, the staff was so friendly and I'm so happy with my new car! I went into the car buying process stressed about having to make such a big decision. But, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Once I sat down with Frank and we started talking, he made me feel really at ease. I felt like I was talking to a knowledgeable peer and not a stereotypical car salesman. He gave me real and honest answers to all my questions, and I asked a lot! They broke down all the financial stuff for me so that we could work out a payment that I could afford. I left the dealership feeling confident in my decision and that I didn't get taken advantage of. I would definitely recommend Frank Perry to anyone looking to buy a car in a pressure-less environment. More

Get what makes you happy but have patience I think this dealership has the most friendly staff. Everyone is very helpful and they all tried to make my purchase process as quick as possible. I do think that maybe a few things could be improved such as when they clean the car they also have the car inspected. After being treated like a guest my last impression of the dealership was going over to the parts department. We were looking for a 2015 Honda Civic because we liked the body style more than the newer models. Within a few months Dave notified us of a Silver Gray Civic with on 14,500 miles. We bought this car and the purchase was hassle free. We bought our prior car (2010 Honda Civic) from Hyannis Honda and have been very satisfied with the maintenance service. They are a top notch dealer and run a very professional operation. More

Excellent service on the 2005 CRV! We have been using Hyannis Honda to service our 2005 CRV (now 173k) since we moved to Martha's Vineyard three years ago. They make these off-island t We have been using Hyannis Honda to service our 2005 CRV (now 173k) since we moved to Martha's Vineyard three years ago. They make these off-island trips very easy and have always accommodated us and worked around doctor appointments and the like. Their concierge transport service is excellent: Recently I dropped off the car at 10:30 and the driver (Griff) had me at the doctor's office within ten minutes. A quick call at the conclusion of the appointment and the driver was right back and had me at the dealership. Car ready to go. They have taken us, in the past, to Trader Joe's, Christmas Tree Shops and the like while the car has been being serviced. I have found their service excellent: they never try to sell me things I don't need and always apply coupons, even if I forget them. I hope the CRV lasts forever, but should it not, I would (based on our experience with the service folks) certainly consider looking to Hyannis Honda for a replacement. More
