I have never purchased a car with such ease. No hassles! I knew I wanted to purchase a CRV as I traded in an 11 year old CRV that was the most reliable car I have ever owned. I had a lot of trepidation and I was sure the salesperson would too. I had emailed the dealership hoping to ease my fear, yes fear, and Mackenzie Malone was prompt and direct in her replies. She gave me hope that it wouldn’t be a horrible experience. She called just before our one o’clock appointment to tell me Jake Roberts would be working with me. He was waiting for me and I could not have had a better experience. He ascertained exactly what I wanted in a new CRV and how much I was able to pay. He made it a reality while treating me respectfully but not condescendingly. That same afternoon I left the dealership with my new CRV, confident in using the features of the car, with my favorite radio stations programmed, and my phone synced.
