Once again the fine people at Huttig Nissan continue to impress. I went in for my third oil change and tire rotation and ended up leaving with a brand new Nissan Pathfinder. Kyle offered to work some num impress. I went in for my third oil change and tire rotation and ended up leaving with a brand new Nissan Pathfinder. Kyle offered to work some numbers as I had some interest in turning in my Rogue for something different and he made the entire process transparent and seamless. Kalob was excellent to work with as well as he performs his job like a well oiled machine. Jason worked with Kyle to create an offer that was amicable to my wife and I. Last but not least the divine Julie Huttig stopped by to say thanks and had a chat with us for awhile. All in all just a great overall experience. If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle you owe it to yourself to give Huttig Nissan a visit. More

Always a hassle dealing with this place, I'd avoid it at all costs. My fiance's car was revving into overdrive and they refused to fix it, even after we had it towed all the way to them. You could HEAR it revving as the tow driver drove it onto the flat bed at 2 miles per hour. Nothing wrong? Try driving it and having your family feel safe in it. I'm glad your "top mechanic" looked at it, that inspires confidence. That's what you can expect at this dump. Traded the xxx in and we're never buying a Nissan again! Always issues with them after you put some miles on them. About as incompetent of a dealership as I've ever experienced. Your money is much better spent at any of the Della dealerships in the area. Della Subaru has always made me feel appreciated and their vehicles are much higher quality. How many Nissans do you see on the road? This is why, at least in northern NY state. Comically bad customer service, we're never dealing with them again. Nissan should take a close look at this place, especially considering the issue is widespread and there are lawsuits. Went to drive it away, since it was "fine", and it was still revving. We'll be doing what we can on our end to contact Nissan about our experience. Drove it to another dealership and traded it in ON THE SPOT! You should never feel unsafe leaving a dealership, in a car you bought there that they refuse to service! More
Where do I start. ..bought the car in 2018...was brand new. Things were great! After a bit there was a squeaking in the front driver side. Took it to the dealer, and it ..bought the car in 2018...was brand new. Things were great! After a bit there was a squeaking in the front driver side. Took it to the dealer, and it was "adjusted", no more sound. Sound came back 2 weeks later. This has happened continuously while owning the car. Ok, i get it dust or dirt happens in the brakes ect. This past week, the car started shifting out of overdrive all by itself. Had to have it towed 60 miles to the dealership. Thank god for AAA. Now, this is where it gets good. Huttig said they couldn't replicate it after driving it, and since it didn't throw a code, it was perfectly fine, and it must have been DRIVER ERROR. REALLY!!!! 2 different people have driven the car and had it happen. We are not stupid, we know when it shifts by itself. Please dont insult us and say we did it. After a quick google search, we are not the only ones with this issue. The transmission is slipping, yet after calling and asking what can be done, I was told that unless it does it for them, there is nothing to do but wait. So, basically wait until something really bad happens and then you can help? I live in a very remote area, this is not an option. I expected better from the "Huttig Experience". We are done. Picked up the car today after it was "fine", and with no confidence in them anymore and took it right to Della and traded it in. Will NEVER buy a Nissan again! Transmission problems are a huge issue with them. I put up with service appointments that left me waiting crazy long on the regular, but this is something that I never expected. Highly disappointed, and wont ever go back. Buyer beware. More

Service department has poor customer service. Just guessing what could be wrong with a vechicle instead of actually diagnosing it to swindle you out of money that doesnt need to be spent. Never returns phone calls. Then directs you to take your service else where because you called them out on their crap. Followed their advice and went to freedom nissian. They figured out the problem in 20 mins and saved us over $1,500 in parts and repairs. More

The whole experience dealing with Huttig was wonderful. I dealt with Jason and Molly for the sales. Both of them were so attentive, kind, and really went the extra mile for me. Not only was the sale made I dealt with Jason and Molly for the sales. Both of them were so attentive, kind, and really went the extra mile for me.
