I just picked up my 2020 Kia Sportage this week so I wanted to post my honest feedback of my experience for anyone who might be rea this dealership. I just picked up my 2020 Kia Sportage this week so I wanted to post my honest feedback of my experience for anyone who might be reading these reviews. They treated me with genuine kindness and respect from the moment I contacted them about the issues on my vehicle. I was able to make an appointment quickly and bring it in. They took the time to explain how the service appointment would go, what to expect and even explained how long everything would take so there would be no surprises. Most importantly, they kept me informed throughout the entire process. What really stood out to me was how honest and professional everyone was. I never felt pressured into unnecessary repairs or like I was just another customer. They genuinely seemed to care about getting my vehicle fixed properly and getting me safely back on the road. My vehicle is repaired and running great, and the whole experience was much easier and less stressful because of the people who helped me. It’s not often that you leave an auto repair shop feeling truly grateful for the service you received, but that was definitely my experience here. Big shout out to Anna, she was the service coordinator who assisted me through the process and Matt, the service technician who did an outstanding and thorough job on everything that needed to be done. I highly recommend working with them or asking for them if you take your vehicle here (and I hope you do!)
