My wife and i visited Kia because of a radio ad we heard and were looking at buying a new vehicle. We looked at a few models and decided on a new 2011 Kia Sorento. after a few trips and a few faxes they wer and were looking at buying a new vehicle. We looked at a few models and decided on a new 2011 Kia Sorento. after a few trips and a few faxes they were unable to meet my budget on the Sorento. This did bother me some because I was told what ever it took to get me in that Sorento at the price i wanted would be done.Well that didnt quite happen that way. However we continued on with Torry and found another vehicle and we were satisfied with the 2011 Kia Optima. Charles was the closing manager and worked great at getting me as close as possible to the price i asked for. I would recommend this dealership to any one interested in buying a new vehicle. More
Everyone was very friendly and worked well with us. There was a hiccup on monthly payment info being relayed between finance office and our salesman (Andre). From the first phone call to the dealership to inquire about what was on the lot, until the final papers were signed, we had a great expeirence dealing with Kia Auto Sport of Albany. I really only visited the dealership to have my 2008 Kia Sorento serviced before a long trip. Being as I had only one payment left on my 2008 Kia, my husband and I decided to look over the 2012 Kia Sorento' Sorento serviced before a long trip. Being as I had only one payment left on my 2008 Kia, my husband and I decided to look over the 2012 Kia Sorento's just to compare them to our Sorento and see any new features. A sand colored one caught my eye, but I still would not have pursued trading if not for Alan Hudson's friendliness. We just struck up a conversation, and he was very pleasant. I felt under no pressure to buy anything. After Alan brought the sand-colored Kia up under the shade (it was over 100 degrees outside), the Sorento sold itself. The whole experience with Kia AutoSport of Albany was very pleasant. All the employees were very nice, and I never felt under any pressure to buy. From the general manager to the cashier in the Service Department, I felt like I was among friends. More

I have had the 2011 Optima for almost 3 weeks. I was told last week the spoiler would take 6 days to get to the dealership, then they would call me. I was told he was with another customer so I asked to have him to call me. no call. It seems to me the sales people are not as eager to finish the deal like they were before I signed the contract. Charles Long contacted me after I searched information about KIA online. We set up an appointment to meet at the KIA Dealership in Albany. When my husband and I arrived at KIA, Charles greeted us at the door (with a smile and a handshake), and took us to the Sorrento he had ready for me to test drive. He discussed all the features of the car and assured me it WAS in my price range. After driving the car I knew it was the one I wanted. The whole process was smooth, comfortable, efficient, and professional. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. The experience of buying a new car was perfect! I tell everyone who asks about my new car to contact Charles at KIA in Albany (I have even given out his business cards to interested friends). More
My overall experience with the sales representative was great. He was very helpful and didn't push me to buy something I wasn't comfortable with. It was unnessasary to me to have to keep coming back when they knew I was going to purchase the vehicle. This aspect of my experience would stop me from considering them again, but if I got to work with the same sales guy, I would definately come back. More
