I have had my Escape for less than 2 months and had a recall. Totally unexpected! Joe got an appointment for me right away and Tyler took care of me. Initially, Joe thought it would take 30-45 minutes recall. Totally unexpected! Joe got an appointment for me right away and Tyler took care of me. Initially, Joe thought it would take 30-45 minutes. Upon my arrival, Tyler informed me that it would be more like 2-2 1/2 hours. After further investigation into the recall, the fix was a lot more complex. A vehicle was not available for me to use but Tyler checked on me regularly, keeping me informed. Thank you, Tyler for your concern and thank you Hutcheson for always taking care of me! More
