It's the BEST! When I call I can usually get in to get my vehicles serviced when I want. The price is incredible, can't beat it anywhere..The service people let me know if I am having a problem and if I my vehicles serviced when I want. Had a nail in my tire, low pressure light came on, on my way to work so i pulled into Hutcheson Ford were i got my tires. Gordy got me right in and tire was fixed in less than 45 mins! When i bought my ti way to work so i pulled into Hutcheson Ford were i got my tires. Gordy got me right in and tire was fixed in less than 45 mins! When i bought my tires their, Gordy advised my to get road hazard with them which took care of the costs! Thanks Gordy! More

I would have previously given Hutcheson a full 5 out of 5, but lately the service advisor has been missing the mark. Both of my vehicles are serviced here because they have an excellent prepaid maintenance 5, but lately the service advisor has been missing the mark. Both of my vehicles are serviced here because they have an excellent prepaid maintenance plan (5 oil changes for around $100). Last time I was here the service advisor failed to notify technicians that my vehicle had arrived for service. They did a free tire rotation when they finally pulled it for service, but that doesn't make up for the now 2+ hrs I spent waiting. When I was there this month for my other vehicles service, they were told at check in we would be waiting for the vehicle. They finished 1 of our vehicles and told us we were still waiting on the other. When the other was done they did not tell us. When we got tired of waiting we asked them if it was ready. The advisor acted like it was no big deal we had been waiting and had to ask if it was done! More
