I purchased my 2017 Expedition from Sara. She was very helpful and did her best to help us through the process. I was delivered my vehicle by Sara after I was told I had to wire funds which I found odd. T helpful and did her best to help us through the process. I was delivered my vehicle by Sara after I was told I had to wire funds which I found odd. The next morning I discovered the heat/ac vents were not working. I went to my local dealership and had them diagnose the problem. It was a $563 repair. Hutcheson would not agree to cover the repair unless I brought the vehicle to them. My local dealership left 2 messages for the sales manager with no return calls. I had this vehicle for 16 hours. Not acceptable. Poor poor customer service on the sales manager. Ford dealerships work with each other all the time. I have never had such a poor experience purchasing a vehicle. Very disappointing! More
