The service department was great. The service manager was not. He talked down to me like owning one of the cheaper cars off his lot means I don’t deserve the same respect as someone w The service manager was not. He talked down to me like owning one of the cheaper cars off his lot means I don’t deserve the same respect as someone who owns one of the more high dollar cars on the lot. I own 4 ford vehicles all in different price ranges. On this visit I had my Ford Focus that only has 58 thousand miles on it. My car has now gone through 2 sets of good tires for wearing wrong. There is no reason for this to happen other than something is wrong with the car. My car is still under warranty. So fix the problem so I’m not spending 1000 dollars on tires every 25 thousand miles. The service manger needs to learn how to talk to people. More

Went in for "The Works" package. It wasn't until the after the work was complete that I was informed the service was no longer available unless you have Ford Pass. I was charged i It wasn't until the after the work was complete that I was informed the service was no longer available unless you have Ford Pass. I was charged individually for the oil change and tire rotation, not a big deal however Tyler Rolufs went on to say that the $21.70 in labor does not cover the per hour cost of the technician in the garage.
