It was one of the two older gentleman at the computers in the service dept, the one closest to the window. Just seemed a little dry, annoyed, grumpy. But this won’t stop me from coming back. For the record, I get A-plan pricing on my trucks from a family member, and after the way that Sack in rolla treated me when I bought this truck, I will NEVER buy a Ford again.
