Took my F150 in for noise in the rear end. They replaced the pinion bearings. Picked it up and it was still making noise. Took it back and they replaced the bearings again and replaced the pinion gear whi the pinion bearings. Picked it up and it was still making noise. Took it back and they replaced the bearings again and replaced the pinion gear which should have been replaced the first time. There was no charge for the second set. Hutchison has always been very reliable and diligent in the past. I also think their rates and repairs are fair. I did not like that I was without my vehicle for so long because of having to have it serviced twice. Still a thumbs up to Hutchison service department in spite of the difficulties this time. More
