SALES VISIT - USED

I purchased a 2014 Ram 3500 from this dealer a few weeks ago. The rear pinion seal was leaking and the salesman told he he would check into it and see if it was fixed. I picked the vehicle up a few days lat ago. The rear pinion seal was leaking and the salesman told he he would check into it and see if it was fixed. I picked the vehicle up a few days later and the salesman told me he spoke with the mechanics who told him they previously fixed it. A few weeks after getting the vehicle home I noticed it still leaking. Turns out it was a separate seal they fixed and not the one I was talking to the salesman about. The dealer refused to honor their word and fix the seal that they stated was fixed, but was not. More
