You are always greeted with a smile and a hello. I have always felt like people enjoy working there, which in turn, trickles down to the customer. It has always been more than a pleasant experience each and every time we do business there. I have to add that I always do all of my own "trades/purchases" and tell my husband after the fact....I am never treated differently with/without the presence of him when I walk in their store. I had to get out of the truck and go to a minimal car payment so we could get a large passenger vehicle for my wife. Their very first offer on my trade in was $100 over fair trade in value. They continued to work with me and got me into a car that financially made it possible for my family and I to move on to the passenger van we need. They were professional and very understanding.
