However, from the moment I first spoke to Rodney Barnett on the phone until the final paperwork signing with Amy Hitch the trading process was incredibly easy and comfortable. There was never any pressure to "buy more" than what I was interested in purchasing, and every step of the way was truly like dealing with friends that I might have known for years.
