Horrible customer service Everything was great until we said we was going to finance with our local bank then They refused to accept a down payment to hold vehicle until our ba Everything was great until we said we was going to finance with our local bank then They refused to accept a down payment to hold vehicle until our bank got the paperwork done. Then just stopped taking our calls and would not return the banks calls so we could get all the paperwork done. Basically they tried bullying us into financing with them. I’ve been buying Fords for 20 years and never had such a horrible experience. Sales manager was a jerk and rude. We went somewhere else and found the same vehicle and they was happy to have our business and had no issues with us financing with our bank!!!! Buyer beware!! More
