He knew I was on a budget, and worked diligently to make sure we were UNDER budget! Everyone was all smiles at the dealership. They were super informative - asking if I had any questions or concerns throughout the entire process. Ryan gave me an above market average price for my trade-in (that was super exciting). Amy made sure I was aware of all of my financial options before purchasing. Overall, this dealership is incredibly thorough, professional, and friendly. Each person I interacted with told me if there were ever any issues to contact them personally. I definitely recommend this dealership! More

Only place to go for a new vehicle From the moment we came on the sales lot we were dealt with professionally. We showed up 30 minute before closing to just see what was available and a From the moment we came on the sales lot we were dealt with professionally. We showed up 30 minute before closing to just see what was available and a young man was getting ready to move the vehicle we were interested in to block the driveway to close and instead asked us if we wanted the keys to open it up and check it out. Most people would be bothered that their job was interrupted. Way to go random technician, first contact was customer need oriented and main reason we ended up staying to talk to a salesman that evening. From there Ron helped us out until after closing hours to try and help us find the vehicle we wanted and a price we hoped to find. The next day Ron sent me the reduced price after dealer and manufacturer expected discounts and we really like the price that it was reduced to and made arrangements to meet up sometime Saturday(next day) and fine tune everything. The next day we met up with Ron and we fine tuned over the numbers and rebates available and value of our trade in. While waiting on figures, Ron spent well over an hour going over all the vehicles many detailed features, and then took us on a test drive further explaining many features. We came back knowing we were going to purchase vehicle if they numbers came in good, which they did. Passed off to Amy at financing department and she was very helpful through that process as well. I will make note that everyone always had there stuff together during each process, pointing out that Ron had the vehicle pulled up front and ready to go before we even showed up. Best car buying experience I have ever received and owning my own business and being in sales myself it was refreshing to be treated way above expectations. Top it off with a top notch facility(clean restrooms and granola bar appreciated!!) I have already told many people where to go for their new vehicle. Mainly dealt with Ron & Amy and they deserve a bonus, but was treated great by everyone there. TOP NOTCH FORD DEALERSHIP!! More
Had the chance to be a excellent experience but fell short. Salesman Drew was great. Other than that not happy. I gave the asking price for my truck $34k but I just wanted to make it 100% right. Tires were extremely bad in the back and windshield was cracked. All I asked for was new tires and a windshield replaced and that apparently is a huge issue. Wouldn’t do it at first then said we will but you have to go through our bank which is 1% higher interest rate than my bank but I still agreed to it. They also told me there was a hail storm that came through and we will give you $500 off or fix it. Which is possibly why the windshield was cracked. I said fix it. Again just want the truck right. So Monday I called and said look you are putting 4 new tires on can you put it on the alignment rack and make sure its good the tire were wearing on the outside badly. They called back and said no the service manager refused but I could pay $79 and we will. I mean come on. I didn’t haggle the price and I gave into the higher interest rate. Again Drew the salesman delivered my truck on his day off and he was very friendly. We picked up a Jeep at Sapaugh dealership for my wife that following Monday and they went the extra mile all the way around for her on a less expensive vehicle. Just disappointed. More
